Very Good! Communication was easy, friendly and correct. Shipment was delivered within the expected time and very safely packed. I'm using these boxes to replace other more expensive ones from a different shop. Yes, the wood is a bit thin, yes the usb drive cap is a bit loose. But the engravings are on point and this box is exactly what to expect for your investment. They were even nice enough to include paper fillings. Something I didn't expect. Very happy to be sending these out to my customers.

It’s cute! The reason for 4 stars is because the fit on my USB cap is a little crooked, the USB is stained a completely different shade from the box so they don’t match, and then my lid was made backwards so the smaller part of the box for the USB is on the top instead of the bottom as pictured.

Such a lovely keepsake. The craftsmanship is excellent, the box feels sturdy and the engraving is exactly as I needed it to be. It took almost a month to reach me, but that's to be expected with the sheer distance and the busy holiday period. Bought this for a wedding client and they were gushing over it!
