Shipping Guide
At “Photo Pandora”, we are dedicated to delivering your custom-crafted products efficiently and with care. This guide provides a clear overview of our shipping procedures, ensuring transparency from the moment you place an order to the delivery at your doorstep.
Production Time
Once we receive your order and payment, you will receive order confirmation. If you ordered personalized products, you should receive mockup within 72 hours. Look carefully at all details and make corrections if necessary (you can make up to 3 corrections). Approve if everything made correctly.
Our skilled artisans begin creating your personalized product in our specialized workshop. Depending on the complexity and volume of the order, the crafting process may take 3-7 working days after approval. Each order is individually processed to your preferences, ensuring best outcome for your order. This attention to detail requires time, and we ensure every product meets our high standards. Please note that all production times are approximate estimates.

“Photo Pandora” proudly offers worldwide shipping. We deliver to over 63 countries and are constantly working to expand our reach. Our trusted delivery partners include renowned courier services such as FedEx, DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, Evri and Post Services.
If you country is not on the list, please contact us and we calculate shipping possibility to your country.
Delivery Timeframes and Options
After crafting your order, we prepare it for shipping. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping option:
FedEx: 5-9 days
DPD: 4-9 days
GLS: 4-7 days
DHL: 3-5 days
UPS: 5-7 days
EVRI: 4-7 days
Post services: Europe (5-14 days), US (7-14 days), Canada (10-30 days), Australia (10-30 days).
(Please note that shipping timeframe counts only working days).
Shipping Costs
We offer free EU shipping for Standard Delivery over 200 €. All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
“Photo Pandora” is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Damages, Returns & Lost Packages
If you order arrived damaged, take a photo and form a claim with courier company while they are at your place (or you are at post office). All the orders provided to transport companies are well packed and secure, it should be delivered securely. If that isn’t made, transport company is held responsible and all the damage should be refunded by transport company.
If main packaging box is in good condition but products are damaged – contact us at help@photopandora.eu.
If your order wasn’t delivered within maximum shipping timeframe, contact us as soon as possible at help@photopandora.eu to organize reshipping your order.
If you order wasn't delivered or was shipped back due to customer's fault (customer provided incorrect address, customer ignores calls from the shipping company, order wasn't picked up from post office in time), customer is held responsible for this matter and has to pay reshipping fees to ship his order again.
United States customers are held responsible for prepaid import fees and have to cover them together with shipping fees.
